Why choose Mind Symmetry?

I'm a firm believer that mental health is as vital as brushing your teeth. Yet one of the most neglected aspects of our daily lives. Having found talking therapy only took me so far. I decided to invest all my time in personal research of the psychology field, applying valuable tools and techniques and discarding what didn't seem to work, at least for me.

In the process, I formulated a simple, often overlooked technique. Approaching the same mental blocks with a fresh perspective, addressing everyday problems to more life-challenging situations.

The techniques are in no way intended to substitute or replace professional guidance. Please note I do not hold recognised accreditation/s within the mental health sector and therefore, please seek professional advice.

For further guidance, please refer to the T&C's section on the website.
